The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) appointed a Service Provider to conduct a market research surveys to monitor and assess expected impacts from the Visitor Levy on residents, visitors and local businesses within the City of Edinburgh.A mini competition was conducted via Scottish Government Marketing Services Framework Agreement, Reference: SP-21-017, Lot 5: Market Research Services.
