Description
The main objective of this contract is to provide Fife Council with the supply and delivery of frozen food to various locations across Fife including Schools, Commercial Units, Care Homes and Fife Council Canteens. The successful supplier will be required to provide Fife Council with the nutritional/allergen information of all foods provided via a standard spreadsheet template which will then be uploaded into Saffron to aid Fife Council in meeting our legislative obligations. It will also be the reasonability of the supplier to complete an updated spreadsheet with any additions or substitutions and inform the catering team of these changes prior to sending any foods out to Fife Council sites.
