Description

As a part of this work, we are seeking for a qualified Consultant to develop a Growth Prospectus along the Borders Transport Corridor inclusive of Tweedbank to Hawick and Carlisle, to support the completion of the Strategic Outline Business Case (“SOBC”) for the Borders Railway: Tweedbank to Hawick and Carlisle (“the Project”) for Scottish Borders Council (“SBC”).
