Analysis of responses to FOISA extension consultation. The consultation sought views on whether the rights and obligations of FOI law should be extended to private and third sector operated care home and ‘care at home’ services - this is a result of Scottish Ministers’ commitment following the consultation on Access to Information Rights in Scotland in 2022 to 2023.
