La procedura di gara ha per oggetto l’affidamento in concessione della gestione dell’impianto del Tennis presso il centro Montaguti sito in Via Canaletta di Sarna n.7 nel Comune di Brisighella, per il periodo 2026-2031. Le condizioni della concessione del servizio sono descritte e disciplinate dallo Schema di convenzione. La convenzione decorrerà dalla data del verbale di consegna e terminerà alla data del 31/07/2031, come da Schema di convenzione. Il servizio cesserà di pieno diritto alla data di scadenza senza bisogno di alcun preavviso o disdetta. Il valore complessivo della concessione riferito alla prevista durata è stimato in € 490.000,00 (IVA esclusa).
