Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою. У разі надання інших документів складених мовою іншою ніж українська мова, такі документи повинні супроводжуватися перекладом українською мовою, переклад (або справжність підпису перекладача) - засвідчений нотаріально або легалізований у встановленому законодавством України порядку. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою
