Military Unit 3159 of the National Guard of Ukraine awarded a contract for a special-purpose vehicle based on the TOYOTA PROACE CITY VERSO 1.5 D-4D, 6 M/T, Combi, STD. The vehicle had to be fitted with full window tinting (excluding the windscreen), a light-and-sound device (siren with microphone) of 150 W, and flashing beacons installed in the radiator grille. The contract was won by TOV 'GRAND MOTOR'. The estimated value was UAH 1,156,774. The contract was awarded on 16 September 2026, the same date as the bid deadline.
