Il s'agit de confier des prestations dans les domaines de l’infogérance, du réseau, du workplace, de la téléphonie et des services associés dans le cadre d'un environnement existant. L’environnement comprend notamment : un réseau LAN / WLAN / WAN structuré, segmenté et adapté aux usages internes, publics et partenaires ; une composante PWLAN visiteurs ; une architecture de sécurité multi-couches ; un environnement Microsoft centré sur l’identité, la gestion des accès et le workplace ; un dispositif de gestion et d’exploitation des postes de travail : workplace et identitaire des services de téléphonie fixe et mobile ; Des mécanismes de sécurité ; un dispositif de stockage, de sauvegarde et de reprise ; des prestations d’infogérance et de support de niveaux avancés. Au plan technique, cet environnement ne se réduit pas à une juxtaposition de composants standards. Il constitue un ensemble cohérent et industrialisé, issu d’une conception spécifique, d’un déploiement adapté aux besoins et usages, d’une migration et d’une exploitation continue. Il s’agit d’un ensemble intégré, déployé, configuré et exploité en production pour PLATEFORME 10. En effet, PLATEFORME 10 dispose d’une infrastructure informatique autonome, afin de répondre aux besoins spécifiques d’un site muséal public en évolution constante. La durée envisagée du marché est de cinq ans. Elle est motivée par le cycle d’exploitation des composants et la cohérence technico-économique du dispositif actuel.
