Vadovaujantis LR Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 29 str. 2 d. 6 p. laikyti, kad šio pirkimo procedūros yra baigtos, nes pasiūlymą pateikęs vienintelis tiekėjas BĮ UAB ,,Lautra Motors“, atsisakė sudaryti pirkimo sutartį, nes siūlomo automobilio modelio nebegamina.
