Description

Die STI Bus AG schreibt im offenen Verfahren Rahmenverträge für Leistungen der Bauherrenberatung aus. Ziel ist der Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen mit mehreren Anbieterinnen zur Sicherstellung qualifizierter Unterstützung über unterschiedliche Bauaufgaben und Projektgrössen hinweg. Gegenstand sind Dienstleistungen der Bauherrenberatung und Projektsteuerung für Hochbau-, Infrastruktur- und gemischte Bauaufgaben, insbesondere aber nicht ausschliesslich für die 3 Schlüsselprojekte «Hauptsitz Thun/Steffisburg», «Depot Wilderswil» und «Depot Grindelwald». Für die Planung und Realisierung der Bauvorhaben können Modelle mit Einzelleistungsträgern, Generalplanung, Generalunternehmung sowie Totalunternehmung respektive Gesamtleistern zur Anwendung kommen. Der jeweilige Entscheid welches Modell gewählt wird erfolgt auf den Projektprozess abgestimmt durch die Auftraggeberin. Das Angebot ist auf dieses Vorgehen auszurichten. Die Leistungen umfassen strategische, organisatorische, technische und wirtschaftliche Unterstützung der Auftraggeberin während sämtlicher Projektphasen. Nach Bedarf können von der Auftraggeberin auch operative, bauherrenseitige Projektleitung sowie treuhänderische Leistungen zur übergeordneten Koordination respektive Steuerung des Projekts übernommen werden sowie die Vertretung der Auftraggeberin im Rahmen der zugewiesenen Kompetenz.
