La Direction de l'information du territoire (DIT) recherche un prestataire capable de renforcer ses capacités à délivrer ses prestations géomatiques et d'apporter une assistance spécialisée dans la conception, la réalisation, la configuration, la maintenance, l'exploitation et l'évolution de solutions et de données géomatiques. Le prestataire devra être en mesure d'intervenir sur les activités décrites dans le présent cahier des charges, selon les besoins et les priorités définis par la DIT. Contexte La DIT assure des prestations dans le domaine de la géomatique et de l'information du territoire, notamment au travers de plateformes, de solutions et de données géographiques utilisées par les collaborateurs de l'État de Genève ainsi que par des usagers externes. Afin de répondre aux besoins opérationnels, de maintenir la qualité des prestations et de disposer de compétences spécialisées mobilisables selon les besoins, la DIT souhaite s'adjoindre les services d'un prestataire disposant d'une solide expérience des systèmes d'information géographiques et de leur environnement technique. Organisation et modalités d'intervention Le soumissionnaire met à disposition un·e géomaticien·ne dédié·e à l'exécution des prestations décrites dans le présent cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réalisées sur site, dans les locaux de la DIT à Genève ou en télétravail à hauteur de 40% maximum. Le/la géomaticien·ne utilise le poste de travail et le matériel mis à disposition conformément aux règles de l'État de Genève et aux normes de gestion du bâtiment. Le/la géomaticien·ne est affecté·e de manière permanente aux prestations. Tout changement d'intervenant ou remplacement doit être annoncé suffisamment à l'avance et soumis à l'accord préalable du mandant. Les activités sont planifiées et priorisées par le responsable désigné côté DIT. Le prestataire travaille de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec les équipes de la DIT et, lorsque nécessaire, avec l'OCSIN. Activités demandées Les activités demandées comprennent notamment les prestations suivantes : ·        Configuration et maintenance de solutions sur les plateformes géomatiques, notamment les webapps, webmaps et autres applications géographiques. ·        Conception et réalisationde solutions géomatiques. ·        Participer à l’industrialisation de celles-ci dans les différents environnements techniques. ·        Migration de contenus et adaptation de configurations. ·        Conseil et assistance aux collaborateurs de l'État et aux usagers externes pour développer leur savoir-faire en matière d'utilisation de solutions géomatiques. ·        Conseil et assistance en matière de gestion, d'exploitation et de valorisation des géodonnées. ·        Mise en place de processus, de configurations et d'outils pour la saisie, le traitement, le contrôle de la qualité, la diffusion et la valorisation de l'information du territoire. ·        Support aux utilisateurs de niveau 1 et 2 sur les solutions géomatiques web et bureautiques ainsi que sur les applications métiers comportant des composants géomatiques. ·        Diagnostic et résolution des pannes et dysfonctionnements, en coordination avec l'OCSIN lorsque cela est nécessaire. ·        Documentation technique et fonctionnelle des travaux réalisés. ·        Réalisation de tout autre travail en lien avec la géomatique demandé par la direction de la DIT.
