Поставка Товару здійснюється силами та за кошт Постачальника. Поставка Товару здійснюється на місце, дату, час, в кількості та асортименті, що вказані в заявці Покупця. Місце поставки Товару - балансові об’єкти ШЕУ «Магістраль», вказані в заявці. У разі постачання Товару партіями Покупець у будь-якій зручній формі (в усній чи письмовій) надає заявку (особисто, в телефонному режимі, факсимільним способом, електронною поштою і т.п.), в якій вказано дата, час, кількість, асортимент та місце поставки Товару. Мінімальна партія відвантаження - 2 тони. Місце відвантаження Товару: завод Постачальника в м. Києві або приміській зоні (до 40 км від місця розташування Замовника: м. Київ, вул. Лютнева, 58). Датою поставки вважається дата, яка вказана у видатковій накладній. Прийом Товару за кількістю здійснюється Покупцем в момент поставки Товару відповідно до видаткової накладної. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом прямого переводу коштів за відвантажений Товар на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника на умовах відстрочки платежу 60 (шістдесят) календарних днів з дати видачі Товару. Оплата Товару проводиться на підставі видаткових накладних, оформлених належним чином.
