L’arrangeur aura pour mission d’organiser et de gérer l’opération de financement en défiscalisation, au titre du dispositif fiscal de l’aide à l’investissement Outre-Mer (LODEOM) du projet de prolongation de la durée de vie du barrage hydroélectrique de Yaté en Nouvelle-Calédonie. - Sur le plan financier : placement de l’opération auprès des investisseurs. - Sur le plan fiscal : élaboration d’un schéma de défiscalisation optimisé et obtention de l’ensemble des agréments, suivi des investisseurs jusqu’au terme de l’opération de défiscalisation. - Sur le plan juridique : rédaction de l’ensemble de la documentation juridique et suivi de la réalisation des opérations nécessaires pendant toute la durée de l’opération de défiscalisation. Le titulaire du contrat s’engagera notamment sur un taux de rétrocession net en faveur du projet. Le coût global de l’investissement est estimé à 9 000 millions de FCFP, soit 75,4 millions d’euros.
