Die Kläranlage Mühlbachl mit einer Ausbaugröße von 10.000 EW liegt in der Gemeinde Matrei am Brenner und entsorgt die Abwässer des Abwasserverbandes Unteres Wipptal. Die bestehende Schlammentwässerung wird auf Grund des Alters durch eine neue Anlage (System Schneckenpresse) ersetzt. Leistungsumfang generell: Gesamte Entwässerungsanlage betriebsbereit mit folgenden Komponenten Schneckenpresse Untergestell mit Bedienebene Kombinierte Polymeraufbereitungsanlage für Pulver- und Flüssig-Polymer Schlamm-Beschickungspumpen (1 Stk. austauschen) Polymerbeschickungspumpe Verrohrung im Pressenraum EG und OG Schlammaustragschnecken mit Verteilschnecke mit 2 Abwurfstellen Schaltschrank mit Vorort-Bedienelementen (FU Fabrikat Siemens) Einbindung der bestehenden FHM-Station (hydraulisch und E-technisch) Lieferung und Montage der gesamten Anlagen Güte- und Funktionsprüfung, Inbetriebnahme Schulung und Einweisung Technische Unterstützung während des Probebetriebes (4 Wochen) Servicevertrag jährliche Wartung, inkl. Verschleißteile Servicevertrag Generalüberholung
