Le présent Appel à manifestation d'intérêts (« AMI ») vise à octroyer des droits d'occupation sur 1 étal des Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, dédié au métier "Café, torréfaction, salon de thé". Au terme de cet AMI, le commerçant retenu conclura avec la Ville de Lyon une convention d'occupation temporaire du domaine public d'une durée allant de sa date de signature jusqu'au 31 juillet 2036, et l'autorisant à exercer le métier "Café, torréfaction, salon de thé". Il est précisé qu'il ne sera pas possible de proposer une activité de restauration sur place. En contrepartie de ce droit d'exploiter un emplacement, le commerçant versera une redevance d'occupation à la Ville de Lyon.
