La Commune de Saint-Rémy-Lès-Chevreuse lance un appel à manifestation d'intérêt en vue de sélectionner un opérateur économique chargé de concevoir, financer, réaliser et exploiter un complexe de Padel sur un terrain appartenant au domaine public communal. La commune souhaite favoriser le développement de l'offre sportive locale, renforcer l'attractivité du territoire et valoriser son patrimoine foncier dans le respect des principes de transparence, d'égalité de traitement et de mise en concurrence. La commune envisage la conclusion d'un bail emphytéotique administratif (BEA) ou de tout autre titre d'occupation du domaine public permettant la réalisation et l'exploitation du projet. La durée du titre sera déterminée au regard du montant des investissements proposés et de leur amortissement économique.
