Oppdragsgiver har behov for å inngå en løpende tjenesteavtale for kjøp av en elektronisk pasientjournal (EPJ) til Sandnes Legevakt og til kommunale legekontor. Sandnes Legevakt gir helsehjelp til innbyggere som har akutt behov for bistand utenom fastlegens åpningstider. Dette innebærer blant annet registrering av henvendelser, å gi bistand over telefon, konsultasjoner, prøvetaking, og henvisninger. De har et team av fast ansatte, samt en stor andel leger som gjennomfører vakttjenester for legevakten. De kommunale legekontorene opererer som andre fastlegekontor, med mottak av henvendelser, registrering av timeavtaler, konsultasjoner, og administrativt arbeid forbundet med dette. Her vil det i all hovedsak være et team med faste ansatte som benytter løsningen.
