Das Messsystem des Enforcement Trailers soll für den Einsatz sowohl an zweispurigen Straßen und auch in Wohngebieten im Stadtgebiet ausgelegt sein. Aufgrund von möglichen Vandalismus Attacken sollte der Enforcement Trailer über gewisse Schutzmechanismen und einer Videoüberwachung verfügen, damit die Schädigungen so gering wie möglich gehalten werden. Der Transport des Anhängers sollte mit einem Pkw mit Anhängerkupplung möglich sein. Schulung von 4 - 6 Mitarbeitern in der Nutzung der Geschwindigkeitsmessanlage.
