Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Neubau einer Fußgängerbrücke über die Amper im Stadtgebiet Fürstenfeldbruck (BW 15). Das Bauwerk befindet sich im Bereich Schöngeisinger Straße 47 und stellt eine direkte fußläufige Verbindung zwischen dem Innenstadtbereich nördlich der Amper und der Amperinsel "Auf der Lände" südlich des Flusses her. Auf der Nordseite schließt die Brücke an den Innenhof des Grundstücks Schöngeisinger Straße 47 an. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Straßenraum erfolgt über die Schöngeisinger Straße. Auf der Südseite liegt der Anschluss auf der Amperinsel im Bereich des städtischen Bauhofs. Die rechtliche Grundlage bildet ein notariell beurkundeter Wegerechtsvertrag.
