Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire conclu à compter de sa date de notification. La durée prévisionnelle pour l'exécution des prestations est de 5 mois (hors garantie de parfait achèvement de 12 mois), non comprise dans le délai d'exécution, une période de préparation de 1 mois. Les travaux sont répartis en 2 tranches : - Une tranche ferme d'une durée de 3 mois débutant par OS : écrêtement RD611 et prolongement de l'ouvrage hydraulique - Une tranche optionnelle d'une durée de 2 mois débutant par OS : carrefour RD611/RD10a Les prestations sont rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires indiqués au BPU. Conformément à l'article L 2112-2 du code de la commande publique, ce marché comporte une clause obligatoire d'insertion. Le contrat prévoit la possibilité de confier ultérieurement au titulaire du marché un ou plusieurs marchés ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires
