Procurement of transport services for pre-school children, pupils and other persons to events in Alytus Municipality

Alytus City Municipality is procuring transport services to bring pre-school children, pupils and other persons to events. During the evaluation, the bid of UAB 'Kautra' was rejected under Article 45(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law and point 11.9.4 of the competition conditions, because the offered price was too high. The tendered price of 47,952.30 EUR including VAT exceeded the funds allocated for the procurement by 35,000.00 EUR including VAT, as set out in point 2.4 of the competition conditions.
