Закупівля здійснюється для забезпечення потреб Сил оборони України. Умови постачання товару, розрахунків (оплати) та інші умови, визначені проєктом договору (додається). Умови оплати: післяоплата; протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів після підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін видаткової накладної. Країною-походження товару не може бути російська федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
