Mise en concurrence d'intermédiaires en défiscalisation (art. 242 septies du CGI et art. 171 BL de l'annexe II du CGI). Prestations d'ingénierie financière et fiscale visant à obtenir, pour le compte de la SAEML TEP, les avantages fiscaux de l'art. 199 undecies B du CGI pour le montage d'une opération d'investissement dans une batterie de stockage centralisée (BESS) de 20 MW / 40 MWh (évolutif 4h) située à Faatautia (Tahiti). Montant global de l'opération : de l'ordre de 1 600 à 2 000 MF XPF. Portage par véhicule fiscal ; taux de rétrocession net garanti à proposer ; dépôt de la demande d'agrément auprès de la DGFIP (bureau des agréments, Bercy) avant fin 2026 ; accompagnement jusqu'à la sortie de défiscalisation. Opération en 2 lots (Lot 1 - Fourniture BESS ; Lot 2 - Génie civil et installation). Remise des offres au plus tard le vendredi 11 septembre 2026 à 15h00, heure de Tahiti (soit le 12/09/2026 à 03h00, heure de Paris). Réponse papier sous double pli, voie électronique non admise.
