Procedura di gara telematica espletata ai sensi dell’art. 50, comma 1 lett. b), del d.lgs. 36/2023 per l’inserimento dell’utente ID 84617/26 presso la struttura “Santa Teresa” della ditta Nazareno Soc.Coop. Soc. Durata presunta del contratto dal 01/10/2026 al 01/10/2028. Importo base d'asta non superabile € 42.360,84 IVA al 5% esclusa (corrispondente alla sola quota a carico dell’Ausl di Modena - Area Fragili Distretto di Carpi per l’accoglienza dell’utente in oggetto per il periodo indicato). E’ prevista l’opzione di ampliamento del contratto per far fronte ad eventuali incrementi tariffari per ulteriori € 4.236,08 IVA esclusa. Importo complessivo di gara, comprensivo dell’opzione, € 46.596,92 IVA al 5% esclusa. È fatta salva la facoltà di recedere anticipatamente dal contratto a seguito delle valutazioni periodiche effettuate dell’equipe in Unità di Valutazione Multidisciplinare (UVM).
