Description

Due to the temporary unavailability of the European Commission Framework Contract previously used to procure Standard and VVIP laptops, which led to the establishment of an EFSA fleet based on HP models, EFSA needs to acquire the same laptops identified in the technical specifications, the same brand/model or their updated versions. Maintaining the same brand/model is required to avoid additional effort in integrating and deploying different laptops within the same fleet, while also ensuring economies of scale, while waiting for the restored acquisition channel from the Commission.
