Purchase of a hole punching machine and a binding machine

The European Commission, through the Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB), published a notice for the purchase of a hole punching machine and a spiral binding machine. The current punch and spiral binding machine dates from 2008 (reference OIB5/PR/2006/050), has become outdated and difficult to use, and is to be replaced. The service needs to continue producing spiral-bound documents, a recurring request from Directorates-General, mainly for reports. The notice also provides for the conditional take-back of the current machine. The call for bids is closed; the deadline for submissions was 25 August 2026.
