Le présent marché vise d’une part l’exécution de prestations forfaitaires de services en brigade (poste 1) dans le domaine de la restauration qui consistent en l’exécution de tâches opérationnelles comprenant la mise en place, la préparation et la réalisation de plats et menus en support aux équipes existantes dans la gestion des exploitations self-services et cafétérias, et d’autre part l’exécution de prestations de services de type gestion complète (poste 2) ayant pour objet la gestion (supervision du personnel, gestion des stocks et des coûts, planification des menus, etc.) et l’exploitation (la mise en place, la préparation des repas, la réalisation de plats et menus, l’accueil des usagers ainsi que la résolution de problèmes divers de terrain) des infrastructures de restauration et des services associés dans les bâtiments de la CE. Ces prestations incluent également le service de « boissons & réunions » et le service de « banqueting ».
