Description

Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. L'acte d'engagement fixe le délai de livraison propre à chaque lot. Le délai de livraison est à préciser par le fournisseur au stade de la consultation. Il ne pourra excéder 9 mois. Ce délai devient contractuel lors de la notification du marché. Le délai de livraison débutera à la date de notification du présent marché. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les prix sont fermes et non actualisables. Clause environnementale: loi AGEC, actions en faveur du réemploi, de la réutilisation et du recyclage. Une clause d'insertion sociale est prévue dans le contrat: une action sociale à réaliser au minimum. Cette consultation pourra faire l'objet d'une négociation. Les documents à fournir figurent dans le règlement de la consultation
