Description

La présente consultation a pour objet l’achat d’équipements et de matériels sportifs pour la commune de Brignoles. Des prestations de dépose et pose des nouveaux équipements pourront être demandées au titulaire du marché. Ce dernier pourra faire appel à un co-traitant ou faire exécuter ces prestations par un sous-traitant agrée par la commune. Ce marché est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de commande, sans remise en compétition lors de l’attribution des bons de commande. Le montant maximum annuel de commande est de 100 000 € H.T soit 200 000 € H.T sur 2 ans. Le marché commence à sa date de notification pour une durée de 12 mois reconductible 1 fois pour la même période par voie expresse. La durée totale du marché est de 24 mois.
