Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les travaux de création, de remplacement et d’entretien des installations des équipements de contrôle d’accès. L’implantation, des différents sites correspondant aux agences Plaine Commune Habitat, est détaillé dans la liste du patrimoine. Le marché est alloti et comporte deux lots au total : Lot 1 : Agences Nord et Nord-Est Lot 2 : Agences Est et Sud. Chaque candidat peut répondre à un ou plusieurs lots. Toutefois, un même candidat ne pourra se voir attribuer qu’un seul lot. Les lots 1 et 2 du présent marché ne sont pas décomposés en tranches. Aucune variante n’est imposée au titre des lots 1 et 2 du présent accord-cadre. La présentation de variantes libres n’est pas autorisée pour les lots du présent accord-cadre. L’accord cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale d’1 an, à compter du 1e janvier 2027, ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure, et jusqu’au 31 décembre 2027. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à trois (3). La durée de chaque période de reconduction est d’un (1) an. La durée maximale de l’accord-cadre, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. La reconduction est considérée comme acceptée si aucune décision écrite contraire n'est prise par l’Acheteur au moins 3 mois avant la fin de la durée de validité de l'accord-cadre. Le titulaire ne peut pas refuser la reconduction. La non-reconduction de l’accord-cadre, dans les conditions prévues ci-dessus, ne donne droit à aucune indemnité au profit du titulaire.
