Framework agreement for occasional road surface repair works using sprayed asphalt

This framework agreement covers occasional road surface repair works carried out using sprayed asphalt (surface dressing). It is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 3,000,000 excluding tax for the entire duration of the contract. The initial period is one year, tacitly renewable three times for one year each, giving a maximum duration of four years. The agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and will be implemented through the issue of purchase orders.
