L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le périmètre géographique d'intervention est limité au territoire de la Ville de Mèze. Le CCTP, commun aux deux lots, a pour objet de définir la nature, l'étendue et les modalités d'exécution des prestations susceptibles d'être confiées au(x) titulaire(s) du (des) marché(s). Dans le cadre de l'exécution des missions et sous réserve de l'accord préalable du maître d'ouvrage lorsque cela est nécessaire, le titulaire pourra recourir aux compétences de tout expert ou spécialiste utile à la bonne réalisation des prestations, conformément à la réglementation applicable en matière de sous-traitance
