Description

Accord-cadre mono attributaire, sans minimum et avec maximum de 200 000 euro(s) HT pour une durée de 46 mois (de la notification au 30/06/2030) Passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Goupement de commandes constitué de Thionville Fensch Agglomération, de la Ville de Thionville et son CCAS. Chaque membre du groupement est chargé de l'exécution financière des prestations qui lui sont propres et donc du paiement des factures correspondantes. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires révisables à la date d'anniversaire selon le CCAP. Cette consultation pourra faire l'objet d'une négociation. Les documents à remettre dans l'offre sont mentionnés dans le RC. La consultation comporte des conditions d'exécution à caractère environnementale conformément à la loi AGEC et détaillées dans le CCAP
