La présente consultation porte sur des prestations de maintenance des films appliqués sur les vitrages des tramways, des bus, ainsi que de certaines stations voyageurs. Les prestations confiées au titulaire couvrent notamment les domaines suivants : - La fourniture et la pose de films sur supports neufs, - Le remplacement des films existants. Il s'agit de plusieurs accords-cadres de prestations de services mono-attributaire pour chaque lot, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de : - 170 000 euro(s) HT pour le lot 1 Bus - 140 000 euro(s) HT pour le lot 2 Installations Fixes - 110 000 euros HT pour le lot 3 Tramway. Ces montants maximums s'appliquent sur l'ensemble de la durée de chaque accord-cadre (reconductions comprises), conformément à l'article R. 2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique. Ces accords-cadres seront exécutés au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande conformément à l'article R. 2162-2 alinéa 2 du code de la commande publique
