The buyer is procuring a mailing and dispatch service, covering mail distribution and sending services, for the needs of the Chorégies d'Orange festival. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, awarded to a single economic operator, with a maximum value of 30,000 euro excluding VAT per year. Since the framework agreement does not set all contractual stipulations, subsequent contracts will be concluded under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the French public procurement code. Only one operator will be awarded the contract.
