- Synthèse du besoin : la collecte hebdomadaire des biodéchets ménagers conditionnés en bacs roulants de 240 litres, disposés au sein d'abri-bacs sécurisés ou présentés seuls, ainsi que leur transport et leur remise à un exutoire de valorisation organique agréé situé en Haute-Savoie. - Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. - L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. - Une variante exigée est obligatoire. - Les variante libres sont interdites
