La consultation mise en oeuvre par la commune de PEONE vise les prestations de nettoyage complet et approfondi de logements pour actifs (fin de location saisonnière ou en fin de location à l'année), le nettoyage régulier des communs des bâtiments abritant les logements pour actifs ainsi que le nettoyage complet et classique des hébergements touristiques suivant les besoins. La présente consultation sera mise en oeuvre selon la procédure adaptée ouverte en application des dispositions des articles R .2123-1 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique. La présente consultation est une consultation initiale. ATTENTION: LA DUREE:L'accord-cadre est conclu de la date de sa notification pour une période initiale d'un an, renouvelable deux fois pour la même durée de manière tacite. Les bons de commandes seront émis au fur et à mesure des besoins. Maximum par lot et par an: LOT 1: 30 000,00EUR HT LOT 2:20 000,00EUR HT
