Description

Il s'agit de confier à un prestataire, la réalisation de missions de Coordination en matière de Sécurité et de Protection de la Santé (CSPS) relatives à la réalisation de travaux par la ville de Nîmes pour des opérations de niveaux 2 et 3 au sens de l'article R4532-1 du Code du travail, dans le cadre de projets d'infrastructures. Dans le cadre de cette consultation, la ville de Nîmes agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur. Les prestations ne font l'objet de prestations distinctes. Le présent marché est passé selon une procédure adaptée, en application des articles R2123-1-1°, R2123-4 et R2123-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations font l'objet d'un accord-cadre donnant lieu à l'émission de bons de commande, passé en application des articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. En application de l'article R2162-4-2° du même code, il est conclu avec un opérateur économique, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum en valeur. Les prestations de l'accord-cadre s'exécuteront au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par l'acheteur public et seront réglées selon les prix unitaires du Bordereau de Prix Unitaires, en fonction des quantités réellement exécutées.
