Le Département de Haute-Loire s'est doté depuis plusieurs années d'un portail cartographique fonctionnant sur des briques logicielles open source : GeOrchestra et Mviewer. Actuellement le portail GeOrchestra est installé en mode container avec kubernitess et docker, solution qui pour l'instant est très contraignante pour les personnalisations du paramétrage. Les objectifs recherchés : - bénéficier de formations à la demande sur les outils - se faire accompagner à la demande dans la structuration de l'architecture cible (conteneurisation ou pas avec kubernitess ou pas) - se faire accompagner à la demande dans la mise à jour d'un des composants - se faire accompagne à la demande dans pour la mise en place de personnalisations spécifiques - bénéficier d'un éventuel hébergement de la solution sur des serveurs gérés par le soumissionnaire - être alerté lors de l'existante d'une faille de sécurité sur des composants de l'application. Cela prendra la forme d'une commande annuelle
