The contract covers monthly subscription technical servicing, maintenance and repair, including current and emergency repair, plus delivery of spare parts, components, details, materials and consumables. Two buildings in Shumen are covered: Liberation Square No. 2 with one passenger lift with 5 stops and a speed of 1 m/s, and Tsar Ivan Aleksandar Street No. 108 with one hydraulic goods platform with a capacity of 500 kg, 3 stops and a speed of 0.30 m/s.
