Настоящата поръчка има за цел да осигури абонаментното поддържане на информационна софтуерна система „Инкасо“, обслужване на софтуерната система, специализирани услуги, свързани с тази дейност, за период от 36 месеца, с включени основни дейности, както следва: Абонаментното поддържане включва следните дейности: Актуализация на Системата или на отделни модули от нея във връзка с промяна на нормативната база; Актуализация на Системата при установяване на софтуерни грешки; Инсталиране и преинсталиране на системата във връзка с налична актуализация, обновяване на документация и обучение; Оказване на съдействие при отстраняване на проблемни ситуации възпрепятстващи работата на системата; Даване на указания за осигуряване на правилната работа и използване на функционалността на системата; Актуализация/администриране на структурата и логическата цялост на базата данни и проверка на качеството на изготвените архиви; Активиране/деактивиране на работни места. В обхвата на обществената поръчка се включва и изпълнението на специализирани услуги, свързани с информационната софтуерна система „Инкасо“. Необходимостта от специализирани услуги се определя от Възложителя.
