ÖBB-Strecke (37) Lindau - Bludenz, km 36,550 beidseitig der Bahn_KG 92112 Koblach, ÖBB-Gst. 5104, Fremd-Gste. 4976/1 und 5650 ASFINAG Baumanagement GmbH_Sanierung Brückenobjekt V101 - Überführung L190 Bezug zu ÖBB-Einverständniserklärung u. Benützungsübereinkommen SAE-VERT-EV-011683-2025 vom 03.11.2025
Die Leistungen beinhalten die Leitungsverlegungen der ÖBB Kabeltrasse aufgrund der geplanten Sanierung Arbeiten am Widerlager durch die ASFINAG sowie aller Sicherheitsleistungen zur Absicherung des Baufeldes.
Da diese Leistungen nur durch die ÖBB zu erbringen sind und keine Ausschreibung erstellt wurde handelt es sich laut Bundesvergabegesetz 2018 idgF. um ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne vorherige Bekanntmachung mit Ausnahmezustand:
VVoB gem. § 35 Abs. 1 Z 3a aus technischen Gründen kein Wettbewerb
VVoB gem. § 35 Abs. 1 Z 3b ausschließlich Rechte eines bestimmten Unternehmens
