L’objecte del present procediment és la compra de un transmissor TX i un receptor RX, sense fils, de senyal de vídeo i àudio en format digital fins a 12G-SDI amb zero delay, compatible amb el senyal HD-SDI que s’utilitza habitualment en les transmissions de la XAL. Per tal d’afegir dinamisme a les retransmissions en directe i que una càmera amb el seu micròfon es pugui desplaçar lliurement per les instal·lacions del pavelló o la plaça sense necessitat d’estar lligada a un cable, es demana aquest nou equipament, que permet enviar senyal d’àudio i vídeo sense fils de la càmera a la Unitat Mòbil amb un retard inferior a 1 mil·lisegon, per tal de permetre la seva mescla amb la resta de càmeres connectades amb fils.
