Розмір мінімального кроку пониження ціни під час електронного аукціону - 1% .
Тендерна пропозиція учасника, ціна якої буде вищою, ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена в оголошенні про проведення відкритих торгів буде відхилена
