Для створення рівного конкурентного середовища, учасник повинен вказати ціну пропозиції без ПДВ.
Додавання чи не додавання ПДВ до ціни договору, що укладатиметься з переможцем, визначатиметься згідно з діючим, на дату укладання договору, податковим законодавством та статусом реєстрації платником ПДВ такого переможця.
