Ціна у пропозиції постачальника подається без урахування податку на додану вартість та з урахуванням вартості всіх інших витрат, необхідних для виконання договору про закупівлю. У сумі договору враховується податок на додану вартість у разі, коли постачальник товару є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість. Умови постачання та інші примітки: - Код товару, визначеного згідно з Єдиним закупівельним словником, що найбільше відповідає назві кожної номенклатурної позиції предмета закупівлі: 38432100-3 - Газоаналізатори. - Умови поставки Товару: DDP (у розумінні правил Інкотермс 2010) склад (станція) призначення (місце поставки товарів) - для резидентів; DАP (у розумінні правил Інкотермс 2010) склад (станція) призначення (місце поставки товарів) - для нерезидентів. Транспортні витрати по доставці товару в місце призначення (при умовах поставки, DDP/DAP) включені в ціну товару (предмету закупівлі). - Місце поставки товару: - 61031, Харківська область, м. Тара (упаковка) забезпечує повну цілісність Товару при транспортуванні усіма видами транспорту, включаючи перевантаження, а також має пристосування (у разі необхідності) для можливих перевантажень як за допомогою піднімальних механізмів, так і ручним засобом (за допомогою візків і авто (електро) каром). Вартість тари (упаковки) включено в загальну вартість (ціну) Товару. Тара (упаковка) - незворотна. - Гарантійний строк на Товар: становить не менше 12 місяців з дати прийняття товару і не меншим від гарантійного строку виробника. - Документи та вимоги до них, що надаються при поставці товару: 1) копія діючого сертифіката перевірки типу за модулем «В»; 2) копія діючого сертифіката відповідності типу за модулем «D» або сертифікат відповідності типу за модулем «F»; 3) копія Декларації про відповідність товару вимогам Технічного регламенту законодавчо регульованих засобів вимірювальної техніки, затвердженого постановою КМУ від 13.01.2016р. №94; 4) оригінал керівництва/інструкції з експлуатації, технічний паспорт або інший аналогічний за змістом документ на кожну позицію товару. Документи надаються українською мовою. У разі надання документів іноземною мовою, додатково надається їх переклад, завірений підписом та печаткою (у разі наявності печатки).
