26226 Extension and renovation of Tennfjord kindergarten, design and build contract

The contract concerns a design and build contract for the extension and renovation of the Tennfjord kindergarten. The building will be extended by approximately 20 metres to the north to create two new toddler units. In addition, the works include a considerable amount of renovation inside the existing building. The estimated value of the procurement is below the EEA threshold value, and the volume is an estimate that is not binding on the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, for example due to budget coverage and political approval by the municipal council. The obligation to require apprentices applies to this procurement under section 5h of the Procurement Act. Integrity rules apply, see the attached provisions.
