Description

Im Fachbereich Kabel besteht in der Region Ost Bedarf an externen Ressourcen für die Realisierung von Projekten. Diese Rolle wird in der Folge als Bauführer beschrieben, die interne Baudienstleister (I-VU-KAB) und deren externe Unterstützung (Rottenverstärkung) führt. Die Funktion des Bauführers bei der SBB bildet die Schnittstelle zwischen der Planung und der Bauausführung. Der genannte Bauführer führt kein SBB-fremdes Personal, das via Rahmenverträge beschafft wurde. Die Leistungen werden hauptsächlich, aber nicht ausschliesslich, für das Projekt MehrSpur Zürich-Winterthur (Brüttenertunnel) eingesetzt.
