La consultation a pour objet : Travaux de confortement de la berge en rive droite de la Vésubie, sur une longueur d'environ 88 m, dans le secteur du Fourcat. Cette zone a subi une érosion importante lors des crues récentes Alex et Aline, mettant en péril la stabilité du talus et des remblais situés en surplomb. Le projet vise à reconstituer une berge stable, résistante aux sollicitations hydrauliques, et compatible avec les contraintes morpho dynamiques du cours d'eau. La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Marché à procédure adaptée - article R.2123-1. du Code de la commande publique Le durée du contrat est de 6 mois dont 3 mois de période de préparation inclus à la durée du contrat.
