Description

Mit dieser Ausschreibung beschafft das Eidgenössische Departement für Verteidigung, Bevölkerungsschutz und Sport VBS, Kommando Ausbildung, ein neues Learning Management System - Next Generation als Standardsoftware. Die neue Lösung soll das bestehende LMS VBS ablösen und künftig als skalierbare, hochverfügbare und sichere Plattform für die digitale Ausbildung der Angehörigen der Armee sowie weiterer Nutzergruppen eingesetzt werden. Die Beschaffung erfolgt in zwei Losen. Los 1 umfasst das Learning Management System einschliesslich Konzeption, Migration, Einführung, Betrieb, Hosting, Support, Wartung und Lizenzierung. Los 2 umfasst modular einsetzbare Autorentools zur Erstellung, Bearbeitung, Pflege und Veröffentlichung digitaler Lerninhalte wie interaktive Trainings, Videos oder Quiz. Die Autorentools werden im Rahmen von Mehrfachzuschlägen beschafft und mittels Mini-Tenderverfahren abgerufen.
